Shipping, Exchanges and Returns Policy:

All physical products sold through the website nayadecreations.com are subject to the following return policy:

- Returns of products are not accepted unless they have a manufacturing defect.

- The return or claim period referring to the previously mentioned point is 14 days from receipt of the product.

- The return will be made through the same courier company that was selected in the initial purchase.

- The return or refund costs will be applied to the seller and in no case to the customer.

- The refund of the amount will be made as soon as the returned product is received and the defect examined.
