Shipping Policies:
- How long does it take us to process your order and ship it?:
Orders are processed from the next business day after making the purchase and verifying payment. That is, orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays will be prepared from Monday.

- The shipping days we have established with our carrier are Mondays and Wednesdays.

- We make all our products by hand, so we need at least 15 days from when the order is placed to do our magic.
- How many days will it take for your order to arrive at your home after we send it?:
Well, it depends a lot on where you are:
o 1-2 working days Peninsula
o 3-5 working days Balearic/Canary Islands
o International: Not available (at the moment)
NOTE: The transport company does not make deliveries on Saturdays or Sundays. Nayadecreations is not responsible for the delivery delay caused by courier services.
Where is the delivery made?
Your order will be delivered to the address you provided us when placing the order. Please check the shipping address carefully before proceeding to payment. If there is an error in the address, the buyer will be responsible for the costs of the new shipment.
If there is no one at the delivery address, our transport company will contact you to make the delivery as soon as possible. This service is not provided by Nayadecrations.com
- What are the shipping costs?
We are delighted that you want to wear our designs, so we have decided to offer free shipping (to any part of the peninsula, the Balearic Islands and the Canary Islands) for purchases over €60
Additionally, for our most loyal customers, once five orders have been made, the next one will have free shipping, regardless of the amount of the order and the address (as long as it is within Spanish territory) For the rest of the orders, the ordinary shipping costs will cost €7.90 in the peninsula
NOTE: The prices for shipments to the islands, Ceuta and Melilla, can be seen in the cart before making the payment. For shipments to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla and Andorra, the price of the transport service does not include the cost of customs, which is the responsibility of the buyer.
- Do you need our creation for an upcoming event and need urgent shipping?
We don't normally work with urgent shipments, but we understand that sometimes we fall in love with an accessory that we know will elevate our outfit to infinity... in those cases, please contact us through the following channels, indicating your order number and we will see how we can help you:

- How are orders sent?:
o All our creations are sent with great care, so that they reach your hands in perfect condition. They are packed in a recycled cardboard box accompanied by paper strips that prevent them from being damaged in transit
o Orders are sent through our trusted parcel company, who will be responsible for delivering your order to your home or chosen address.
- Has your order been delayed and has it not arrived on time?
Contact our parcel company and make a claim. Additionally, we would appreciate it if you could let us know the incident so we can improve our service.
- Have you had any problems with your order?
Please contact us through the following channels, indicating your order number and the problem and we will find a way to solve it (it may involve additional costs):
